The Scrabble Championships is back this year with a difference! This competition is not only open to students but also to all staff. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 winners. For all of you interested but unfamiliar with the game, you can come and attend the training to be held on 20 Feb 2012 at 3pm in Level 1 canteen. Do not delay but come and register for the competition with the knock-out round to be held on 5 Mar 2012! See you there!

Chinese Club had just started with the aim of offering the students a chance to relax and at the same time, have fun picking up a new language skill and make new friends. Students got a chance to learn all the basic Chinese New year greetings and also share their experience of Chinese New Year in Cambodia.

Great Opportunity from Zaman University!

Zaman University, Centre for Continuing Education starts General English Language Courses for everybody who wants to practice English in a quality environment. Qualified and experienced teachers will make sure that you will improve your English skills day by day. Classes will be held 3 days a week, totally 46 hours in each level.

All registered students have to visit Zaman University to take a free English Placement Test before March 5, 2012. The new term English Language Courses starts on March 7, 2012.

The Rector, Dr.Erkan Polatdemir, visited some universities in Malaysia to seek for collaboration in engineering and computer courses. The Rector was first accepted by the Faculty of Engineering at "Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia" (UKM). The dean, Prof.Marzuki, was eager to have strong partnership with Zaman University in terms of staff exchange and sending Masters and PhD students to Cambodia to deepen their research.

Each team has now played at least one game. The players have demonstrated great performance and commendable fair-play spirit. We witnessed marvelous plays, goals and assists. Blue Empire is still the leader despite being defeated by Blue Z. Chanrithy took exemplary lead to rally the team to win over Blue Empire by 7-6 coming behind from 1-4 in the first half.
